Overview
The fourth edition of the IEEE International Conference on Cloud 
Computing for Emerging Markets (CCEM)
offers an ideal forum for innovators, researchers and students on Cloud 
computing and its applications - these have emerged as a dominant and 
transformational paradigm in ICT affecting a multitude of institutions 
and industry-sectors such as government, finance, telecommunications, 
education, retail, energy and utilities, and transportation. 
Innovations in this spans a number of areas including virtualization, 
networking, storage, security, management of cloud services, efficient 
interoperable cloud architectures, and design of cloud applications and 
services. This transformation has great implications for emerging 
markets which have the potential to leap frog mature markets in their 
adoption of cloud computing, combine cloud computing and mobile 
technologies to introduce unique services that can transform the lives 
of billions, drive a much larger scale of adoption and challenge 
existing price points, while presenting unique challenges in areas such 
as security and user interfaces to cloud computing.

Pre-Conference Workshop
An invite only (submissions reviewed and qualified) Pre-Conference 
Workshop is being organized on 5th July 2015 to enable potential paper 
submitters and technology innovation demonstraters to obtain 
professional review and feedback to improve their odds in the peer 
review and selection  This workshop is designed to advise submitters on 
how to improve their odds in the peer review and selection of their work 
through the CCEM Technical Programme Committee while providing a great 
networking opportunity. Deadline for proposal submission for this 
workshop is 28th June 2015.  The main conference website carries the

Submission information
Technical Paper Authors, Tutorial proposers as well as those interested
