High-quality papers that at the time of submission are not under review or
have not already been published or accepted for publication elsewhere are
solicited. All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer
reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research

readability. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the
symposium proceedings. The post conference proceedings will be published by
Elsevier in the  Procedia Computer Science Journal.
