We have a great pleasure to invite you to participate in the CSCS20-2015
International Conference to be held in Bucharest, Romania, from May 27 to
May 29, 2015. The organizers of CSCS20-2015 invite high quality scientific
contributions at this biennial traditional event. The 20th edition of CSCS Conference
takes place at the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, that has
been the avant-garde of the Romanian education and academic research in
the control and computers science domains.

WORKSHOPS
=========
The CSCS20-2015 Program Committee invites proposals for Workshops to be held in conjunction with the
conference. CSCS20-2015 Workshops provide the possibility to commonly develop visions and exchange ideas in an informal setting,
especially if focused on an emerging research field or interdisciplinary research area. In contrast to
regular sessions, Workshops can (and should) host interactive sessions (posters, discussions,
demonstrations, etc.).

The timeline for Workshops proposals is:
* November 30th, 2014: Proposal Submission Deadline
* December 10th, 2014: Acceptance Notification
* December 17th, 2014: Deadline for posting the Workshops Call for Papers
* December 17th, 2014: CSCS20-2015 Workshops Program Announced

PROCEEDINGS
===========
Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together
with the notification of acceptance.

All accepted papers will be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Services and will be indexed in IEEE Digital Xplore Digital Library. CSCS20 Proceedings will be submitted to Web of Science indexing. CSCS 19 (previous edition) papers are indexed by Thomson Reuters Web of Science.

Authors of accepted
papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the conference,
otherwise their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference.

SUBMISSION
==========
Authors are invited to submit papers written in English. All submissions will be reviewed based on
originality, significance, quality and clarity. The Program Committee will select the contributions
after rigorous peer-review.

Please send your paper(s) with no more than 8 pages, A-4 sheets, Times New Roman font, using the IEEE
format. For submissions only PDF format is accepted. Details about author(s) must be provided: first
name, last name, affiliation, position, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address. For
papers with multiple authors the contact person must be indicated. You can confirm the IEEE Computer
Society Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page:

CSCS20 uses easychair for papers submission. In the submission phase, please select the main topics
related to your paper, specify the full name for all authors and include the keywords. The CSCS20
