Each submission should contain original, high quality work which has not
been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Papers
should be submitted electronically, through the BIBE 2014 submission system
<https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=bibe2014>, in PDF format. All
submissions should conform to the IEEE conference proceedings
specifications (single-spaced, double-column, 10-point font size, up to 8
pages). For detailed instructions about IEEE proceeding specifications,
please refer to the IEEE website.

Each accepted paper should be presented at the conference by one of the
authors and accompanied by at least one full registration fee payment, to
guarantee publication in the proceedings. All accepted papers will be
included in the Proceedings of BIBE 2014, which will be published by the

publication (subject to additional review) in five jorunal special issues,
International Journal of Network Modeling Analysis in Health Informatics
and Bioinformatics (NetMAHIB)
International Journal on Artificial Intelligence Tools (IJAIT)
International Journal of Social Network Analysis and Mining (SNAM)
International Journal of Monitoring and Surveillance Technologies Research
International Journal of Big Data (IJBD) <http://hipore.com/ijbd/>Workshops

BIBE 2014 will organize workshops that focus on new research directions and
initiatives relevant to Big Data in life science, security, health
informatics, and many other aspects related to the biomedical and
bioinformatics research and applications. All accepted workshop papers will
be included in a separate Workshop Proceedings published by the IEEE
Computer Society Press <http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cspress/home>.
Selected workshop papers will also be invited for publication in one or
more special issues of the above journals.
