[Darshan-users] Darshan pre-release: 2.2.9-pre1

I also forgot to mention that there are some documentation updates in 
this release.  The updated documentation is not available on the web 
site, but you can find it in the darshan-util/doc/ and 
darshan-runtime/doc/ subdirectories in the source code.
