[Darshan-users] Darshan-Ruby 1.1 released

Hi Darshan users, 


The version 1.1 of Darshan-Ruby has been released. No change made to the code, but 
- Darshan-Ruby now comes as a gem package, released in rubygems.org, which greatly simplifies its installation; 
- It has been tested with the latest version of Darshan (2.2.8) on Linux and MacOSX.

For Darshan developers: your "make install" in darshan-util forgets to install darshan-util-config.h.
