[Cookie-users] Intel compilers updated

Hi everyone,

I updated the default versions of compilers to 11.0 -- the 10.1 are  
still available in /disks/soft/intel if you want to keep using them  
instead of the new ones. Also the problem with the license server was  
fixed by Rick.
