[codes-ross-users] rc-stack updates

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone's using the rc-stack interface yet
(codes-base/codes/rc-stack.h), but just in case, I wanted to give a heads
up that I'll be redoing the interface to allow the passing in of a free
function rather than implicitly calling free on each pointer. This is so
that the interface can easier work with aggregate data structures where a
single free is not sufficient.
