Hi, Tim:

I've just build and installed opencascade6.5.1 at /mnt/disk2b/OpenCASCADE6.5.1, please feel free to put it somewhere else. 

We just need to follow the README.txt to build, and we need to edit ros/src/OSD/OSD_MAllocHook.cxx to add 

#include <stdlib.h>

because it failed to recognize 'atol'.
