[cgma-dev] .stp translator - Cubit license?

When I try to import a .stp file (attached) I see different behavior with 
different versions of Cubit. Is it something to do with 32bit / 64bit version? 
The messages that I get while importing are as follows:

10.2 build 28 (64 bit version) - Doesn't work

ERROR: The STEP translator is not licensed for this installation

ERROR: Errors importing STEP file "/nfs/mcs-homes139/jain/Desktop/fuel.stp"



10.2 build 24 (32 bit version) - works & runs the meshing script
