[cgma-dev] enable shared

ACIS
Failing CGM build with --enable-shared option. Please find the config.log attached. I'm using a 32bit Ubuntu, cubit10.2. On removing shared option all tests pass.

OCC
--enable-shared option works till make;make install, but make check fails with:*** glibc detected *** 
so, export MALLOC_CHECK_=0 then run again, make check works, with 2 tests failing: makept and test_occ
