This is fixed.  The fact that we a) cannot release the ACIS portion of CGMA
and b) still want it to be part of the CGM automake build, we do some odd
stuff (have an empty dummy directory that gets checked out by default, etc.)
   The nightly test builds include the real ACIS source, which requires a
password to check out.  This arrangement means that manual action (on my
part) is required for a) updating the source used for nightly tests for any
change to the ACIS source and b) sorting out svn issues for any change to
the dummy ACIS directory (not changes to files within, but changes that
add/remove files and/or attributes.)
