[cgma-dev] CGMA check for *cubit* failed.

Developers please note: the build failure that originated in r3108 and 
caused last night's tests to fail can be fixed by adding the line

#include "parallel/FileOptions.hpp"

to itaps/iGeom_CGMA.cc.
