No, I didn't consider that case.  We could:
  a) Initialize all engines when a NULL engine name
     is passed to InitCGMA::initialize_engine, such
     that if iGeom_newGeom isn't passed any "engine="
     option then all of them get initialized.
  b) Allow multiple "engine=" options to iGeom_newGeom
  c) Allow "engine=ACIS,OCC" option in iGeom_newGeom
