Log:
Do not include iGeom-SIDL-Defs.inc in Makefile.am: it breaks build.
Makefile.am is parsed by automake, during make dist, etc. iGeom-SIDL-Defs.inc 
isn't generated much later by configure. (Makefile.am is typically parsed
before configure script is even generated.)
