[CGMa-announce] New mailing lists for lasso

   We've created new mailing lists for Lasso, lasso-dev and lasso-announce, both @mcs.anl.gov.  -dev receives all commit 
messages, and discussion of Lasso/iRel design issues.  -announce is relatively low-traffic, receiving messages about 
releases and other general information.  You can request membership by going to the sites:
