[AG-USERS] transmitting video in AGTk-2.3 vic...

Hi-
I have installed and set up the AGTk-2.3.  When I go into
a venue, I can see all the videos of the people transmitting,
but when I go to the menu option in the vic, I can't select
the transmit button.  I have made sure in the node configuration
that the video and audio services are available, but the 
transmit button is continually grey.

I have an older version of the Access Grid on my laptop, and I 
don't remember doing anything special to transmit using vic.  
Also, my camera doesn't have to be connected to have the transmit 
option available in vic, using the Access Grid Toolkit 2.  Even
when I attach the camera in AGTk-2.3, the transmit button is still
grey, so I am at a loss.
