[AG-USERS] Passphrase Trouble and Lauching PIG App

Folks,

Having troubles with the field of pass phrase where the screen is "Create
Global proxy"

Create a proxy for  O=Access Grid, OU=agdev-ca.mcs.anl.gov, OU=
cornell.edu, CN= Jim Avery

Then it prompts a passphrase blank field:

Since the certificate file can not found anywhere from a previous install,
I am somewhat stuck.
I am able to launch the application and go yo Venue Client but the first
prompt is "Create Global proxy".

What do you do when you can not locate a certficate file and how do you
have one created or recreated?

I have installed successfully the Active Python 2.3, wxPython 2.5 for 2.3
and Access Grid Tool kit 2.3 as followed in the install instructions.

Any help will do so I can get up and running.
