Hi Heather,

Since I think we (NCAR - in Colorado) run through the same routers as the folks in New Mexico (and different from sites out east), it might help you to troubleshoot by trying to connect to us. I can meet you in the Test room almost any time today if you like.

We here at UAMS can see and hear UNM, but they cannot see our video or hear our audio, but we can communicate through the MUD and DPPT works with us as the master and UNM as the client.
