[AG-TECH] MacOS vic for 3.3 not H264 enabled??

Hi Doug,

Aren't there packages (VideoProducerServiceH264 etc.) available for vic on
the mac? Really I don't see why the GPL vic isn't bundled with AG by
default already, but besides that, end users shouldn't have to compile it
themselves either.
