[AG-TECH] RAT error with VideoHD service - Win7/64

Hello Quang,

We also use Windows 7 64bit computers with HD video services for Access Grid. I am not a developer but just a fellow "seasoned" operator / tech, so perhaps someone else can give you a better answer, just thought I would throw in my 2 cents. To me, it almost seems your default configuration file might be corrupted? Have you updated (or somehow changed) your audio device (and/or driver) since AG was installed? If so, that may cause the info in the config file to become inaccurate. Similarly, we have had a config file become corrupt after modifying AG configuration settings sometimes, and would perhaps explain why it only does it the first time when you load the Venue Client. Have you tried starting with a fresh configuration (removing all the services first) and saving it as the default to load on startup?

Also, what version of AG are you using?

Hope that helps,
Happy Thanksgiving to you also!
Keith

I noticed it only happens when I enable "Talk" or set Audio Service "Talk" to "ON". Also, it only happens on AGClient's first load up.
Afterward, if I re-enable Audio Service, everything seems to work fine.
Have this happened to anyone else and is there a fix for it?

Thank you and happy Thanksgiving,
