[AG-TECH] ANL AccessGrid server (vv3) and accessgrid.org outage

Hi Todd:

The bridge registry is back up now. I restarted it, but apparently it wasn't able to bootstrap because it couldn't fetch the registry list from the web server.

If you run into any other trouble with it, let us know.
