[AG-TECH] winXP strange errors

hi,

i need help. i'm getting strange errors from an AG install on a windows 
XP machine
on our campus in Croatia. this AG 3.1 build 1. this error is from a RAT 
popup box:

RAT 4.4.00 Usage: Invalid Address: L16-16K-Mono

anytime rat is invoked. rat never comes up.

a previous install had a different but similar problem with vic (and not 
rat):

vic: destination address required.

i have no idea why these particular errors are being generated. any clues?
