[AG-TECH] Possible problems with the 3.2 Beta "all-in-one-installer"!

Hi Tom,

Would that only occur on Windows? I checked out the vic 264 branch and
compiled it on Linux without any special options and it can receive the
261as stream.

A related question: when I run the vic that I just compiled, the 264 and
mpeg4 buttons aren't in the encoder menu. Are there special compile-time
options for those?
