[AG-TECH] NCSA Bridges are down

Zsolt, 

Just to clarify, NCSA provides one bridge "NCSA" for public use. Any others are for projects inside NCSA and may not be reliable. 

I have restarted the "NCSA" bridge. Please let me know if there are further issues.
