[AG-TECH] UMT bridges.

I have several people in New York that are under the fascist control of
their IT people, who are unwilling to open Bridging ports. I need to get
connected to them. I hate it when IT is unwilling to let work get done.

Jimmy, I asked this awhile ago, I believe only 1 site is using it. I
really want to run our own but never received any information on how to
run it, or where to register it as an active UMTP bridge service.
