[AG-TECH] Problem retrieving certificate

Chris, thanks for the prompt response. I was hoping I could add the variables manually somewhere and spare someone the trouble of issuing a new certificate.
Will request a new one...

Frank,

When you reformatted/reinstalled, you will have lost your local record  
of the certificate request so there's no way to use the certificate  
thats now available to you. You'll need to request a new certificate.
