[AG-TECH] Random crashes

Hello Natalia
Are you using MS Windows?
When we were using Windows on our main nodes, we had lots of problems 
with the RAT hanging. This was caused by a mbus issue - when the mouse 
was moved around quickly. I thought this was documented somewhere?? 
Finally went to linux and haven't had any problems since.
