Asunto: BUG 1695 really solved?

===8<==============Texto del mensaje original===============

Hi everybody,

I have read that Bug 1695 ("Cannot connect to Venue Server with Venue
Management Tool") was solved in release 3.1. That's the one I have
installed on our Venue Server, however I have that same problem.

[root at agserver cron.hourly]# rpm -qa | grep -i accessgrid-3
AccessGrid-3.1-1.fc4

I reinstalled software in January 2008 and I rather prefer not to have
to migrate to a beta release that might solve the problem.

Does anyone know if that bug was really solved?

I can read on VenueManagement logs the next:

17/10/07 11:38:17 -1208072512 VenueManagement VenueManagement:416 DEBUG VenueManagementClient.ConnectToServer: Connect to server https://localhost/VenueServer
17/10/07 11:38:17 -1208072512 VenueManagement VenueManagement:424 DEBUG VenueManagementClient.ConnectToServer: Connect to server
17/10/07 11:38:17 -1208072512 VenueManagement VenueManagement:431 DEBUG VenueManagementClient.ConnectToServer: Get venues from server
17/10/07 11:38:17 -1208072512 VenueManagement VenueManagement:515 ERROR VenueManagementClient.ConnectToServer: Can not connect.:

    sock.connect((self.host, self.port))
File "<string>", line 1, in connect

I tried connecting to https://localhost:9000 and using the FQDN or the
IP address of the server and I get the same result.

PS: "Conexion rehusada" means "Connection refused" in spanish.
