[AG-TECH] Venue Client Closing

Hello,

I am having issues with the venue client crashing back to the desktop when I try to open it.  I had this problem on my Windows system but was able to fix it by editing the preferences file.  However, I am in need of a fix for linux and mac systems.  Does anyone know of a fix?
