[AG-TECH] Transmit as "Large" using Mpeg4 under windows?

Can you tell me if you were using "Windows Image Capture" or the
camera/capture card directly?

As a colleague is having issues when using the interface directly, as
"Windows Image Capture" doesn't appear to support the "Large" format

Yes, we've done that here using videum cards as the input for composite 
signals from DV cams.
