[AG-TECH] can vic take pre-encoded video as input?

hi,

i was just curious how hard it would be for vic to take as input video
streams coming
from elsewhere, such as rtp, rtsp, http streams. would it be possible,
technically, to
create a filter/connector that would perform this function? essentially,
it wouldn't
necessarily have to re-encode if it were already a vic-supported format,
e.g., H.264.

thanks,

-gurcharan
