[AG-TECH] Bring a remote Polycom system into AccressGrid meeting

you can accomplish this by bringing the video and audio
outputs from the polycom into the Accesgrid machine
and in return sending a converted vga image of the display
machine to the polycom - the tricky part is handling the
echo cancellation
