[AG-TECH] AG 3.1 Upgrade

Hi All,

Do I need to uninstall AG3.0.2 and associated software packages prior to 
installing AG3.1 and the newer versions of Python and other packages? 
Should I also remove any files from the Application Data section?

This is a Windows XP install.
