[AG-TECH] Two Multicast addresses for video in Argonne Lobby

Huh! For me my 3.0.2 clients picked up 188.8.131.52 and all my 3.1 clients
picked up the 184.108.40.206. Well, so much for that theory. But obviously Tom
knows about it and it's just the lobby I presume...
And I see the Noir Neko stream, Tate, but like you said the rest (TRECC,
etc.) are in the other group. I should go fire up a vic manually on the side
to get them.
A side note: I've been trying to leave my 720x480 video in the lobby for
folks to see on from the newer vic. If only I could set the vic config. for
those settings (h261as, large). I have to do that manually. I see Tom has a
640x480 stream now.
