[AG-TECH] Vic Source issue - Multiple Producers

Forgot to mention the RHEL/CentOS 5 AG RPMs mentioned below have 
dependencies on the Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux (EPEL) RPM 
repository. See the following for EPEL5 setup instructions:
