[AG-TECH] More problems with 3.1 beta2

I didn't notice until today, that one of our venues disappeared after
upgrading to 3.1 beta2. I can easily add it back, however, when I try
to connect with VenueManagement3.py and use localhost:9000 or the FQDN
of the server, I get a connection refused message.

At the same time, stdout for VenueServer3.py shows (I can't copy/paste
from the VNC window):

SSLError: tlsv1 alert unknown ca
