[AG-TECH] Audio trouble at AG2.4

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion about the HD audio cards.

It looks like Realtek are only providing drivers that are compatible with the new Universal Audio Architecture (UAA), and not compatible with the previous architecture that RAT uses to pick up audio cards in Windows. I am guessing that the other manufacturers will have provided the backwards compatible drivers for their cards which is why they work, but we should all be aware that UAA will probably become standard in the future, and HD audio cards that only have UAA drivers probably wont work with Rat in Windows. Vista uses UAA, so this is probably why nothing works with it just now.

Andrew :)
