Not that I've seen; all the 4 port (4 receiver!) cards around at the moment seem to be composite only (spectra8, falcon and ivc). Everything that takes S-video also seems to take composite, and so they run out of space on the back of the board. 4 s-video alone should fit though. Osprey does a nice breakout box, but again single line capture only.

You do get a win though if you use the s-video cable to take the s-video signal from the camera to the capture board and convert just before it; the main issue I believe is loss along the length of the cable, and the luma/chroma separation on s-video helps that (as long as it's a good s-video cable, which are more expensive). Converting to a merged composite signal just outside the board causes some loss, so it's not ideal, but it's better than a composite signal the whole way (whether on coax with BNC, or on simple core/shield with single RCA connector).

I'd also love a 4port/4receiver s-video board; would free up slots :-) Anybody know a friendly manufacturer?

Cheers,
        Markus
