[AG-TECH] [AG-Tech] Bridging AG 2.4/3.0..2

The NCSA Lobby uses dynamically allocated multicast addresses. We
also do this for the institutional venues we host. So it's unlikely
that the 2.4 server and the 3.0.2 server would choose the same
addresses and ports for the lobby. The other named venues all use
statically assigned multicast addresses and ports so that the two
servers are in sync. The only caveat is that 2.4 apps don't play with 3.0 etc.

Please let me know if you have further questions.
