[AG-TECH] Persistent VIC and RAT settings?

Hi all,

There are a few things that I always change when I start up AG that  
I'd like to not have to set, but I haven't been able to find how to  
do it. For instance, I'd always like VIC to tile Triple when it  
starts, and I have had trouble having the RAT start with a default  
volume quiet enough.

How do we make settings changes like that?
