Jason the hotel is pulling a fastone....or else Tom and the gang didn't consider out of towners when they made the deal....the online interface will only reserve with "special rates" for sunday-wednesday (checkin on sunday and checkout wednesday)....

Anything other than that and the website refuses to process your request.....we phoned since we are driving and wanted to spend a couple of days looking around chicago....but at U$229 for the extra nights we decided to drive out halfway and stay somewhere else....

Tom you guys should really have gotten the fixed rates for the whole week...a lot of people come from out of town and just can't travel out on wednesday.....

Anyways....good luck....btw am I supposed to get a email confirmation for retreat registration...I faxed my stuff in (the complete form) but have not heard anything from UofC.

Tom and All

I just tried booking online using the online registration
(https://reservations.ihotelier.com/crs/g_reservation.cfm?groupID=35611&
hotelID=13720) and it tells me that there are no rooms available.

I would like to book:

	Check In Date:	11/May/2007
	Number of Nights:	7

Due to time zone differences and not being able to dial internationally,
would someone confirm how I go about booking the Accommodation please.

Should I just book online the normal way and mention the "group
rate"????

Thanks,
Jason.

I've just spoken with the hotel and was assured that there are still
rooms
available for our event. The number of rooms was limited and could
run short, so I recommend that you contact the hotel soon if you are
hoping to stay there at the reduced rate. Be sure to mention that you
are with the 'Access Grid Retreat' when booking.

If you have any questions or problems, please let me know.

Thanks,
Tom
