[AG-TECH] AG 2.4 and 3.0 servers

I'd be curious to see a VenueClient.log from the client that displays 
that error.
So far, reports like this have been related to server configuration.  In 
any case,
I'd like to do whatever possible to avoid the problem and inform the 
user or
server admin about the problem when it can't be avoided.
