[AG-TECH] AG3.02 WINNOV 440

Many thanks to Cindy and Mike
It now works OK.
I had not thought to look at the Config program that came with the card. 
Just assumed it was only needed if you were using WINNOV's own software.
Did not need to terminate any video sources on the card. I'm using the 
DirectShow driver.
