Hi tom,
File attached. The first line gave it away - couldn't get an IP
address. The user uninstalled the toolkit, renewed the IP lease and
re-installed; it's fine now.
This machine is dual-hosted, one with a private connection down to
our NAS, so it may have been internally confused.
