[AG-TECH] AG 3.0 and Gentoo?

There are a number of other additions that have been made to
both rat and vic since their source was adopted into the
AG project years ago.  These, and the changes that Rhys
referred to, will be merged into the code base being
maintained at UCL as part of the Sumover project in the
near future.
