Hi Colin,

Rat and Vic (ag versions) include an extra RTCP Application specific
packet that contains the senders AccessGrid unique identifier. You're
right that they shouldn't be separate, and its in the pipeline that 
ucl and ag versions of the media tools will merge, so this will happen
in time.
