[AG-TECH]cannot start up nodeservice

hi,all
    i am using agtk2.3 under FC3, but it cannot start up nodeservices. i 
click the item "manage my node......", but it tells me  it cannot  open  
the  nodeservice at http://localhost:11000/nodeservice, then i try to 
set up a node with "Node Setup Wizard", but this doesn't do either, and 
the NodeSetupWizard.log reports errors as follows:
