[AG-TECH] certificate

Hello all,

I've requested and received an identity certificate. However, I'm unable to 
install it. Currently the status is "unknown". When I click on check status 
the screen simply refreshes by removing all certificates. THereafter I'm 
unable to even so much as view the certificate.

Any suggestions?
