Derek,
I have AGVCR installed on a machine (XP, 1.6 Ghz and 512mb memory), I have 
used it to record sessions, with great sucess and I am very pleased with 
some of the results. Still haven't got round to reading about muting streams 
and editing but rest assured I will.

I hope to be at the meeting tomorrow,
